I did it! got up at 6am and did the Shred.....morning chores......and shower.....and still got to work on time. Freakin' snow is falling again today, so driving was not fun....and it won't be any better by the end of the day either, that I know for sure.
Just when you think that spring is finally here - um, nope.
Good job on getting up early! I always feel better when I get the work-out done first thing in the morning.
